Consultant provides onsite observation and consultation to early childhood education programs around quality improvement, early childhood best practices and professional development goals.   Experience training/consulting/coaching early childhood education professionals a must. Knowledge and experience applying Developmentally Appropriate Practices, early childhood curriculum and accrediting systems is expected as well as knowledge of adult learning practices. Experience with including children with special needs in ECE settings will be a plus. Technological efficiency such as Power Point, Excel, Office and Internet savvy needed. Presentation skills will be tested with top candidates.   BA in Early Childhood Education will be considered with ample experience in the field.
