We are currently recruiting for a Sales Associate
to join our Talented Sales Team.
This position requires a dynamic, customer service drivin individual with outstanding communication skills and the desire to exceed all sales goals.
Expectations:
- Meet or exceed all sales goals on a monthly basis
- Foster a positive and professional relationship with all customers
- Maintain all merchandising standards for the store
- Communicate ideas for sales growth and actively pursue new customers
Minimal Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent(GED) degree preferred
- 1-3 years of retail/customer service experience
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Self starter who proactively finds solutions to customers needs
- Superior customer service skills
