Job Details:
The Shift Director exercises judgment in identifying and resolving issues and problems. This person applies both clinical and operational management skills to support the hospital in meeting established quality, patient satisfaction, and financial targets. This person coordinates with departments for admissions, discharges, and transfers hospital wide occurring on the off-shifts. This person accomplishes all of the above in collaboration and partnerships with physicians. MO RN license required.
