DOCUMENTATION COORD
Tyco Healthcare

Description:
Office position which maintains, revises, and routes electronic and paper documents to insure their accurate completion and proper storage.

Responsibilities:
· Communicate cross-departmentally to update databases of electronic documents and records; e.g. standard operating procedures, specifications, and batch Records.,
· Collaborate with other personnel to update and maintain these electronic documents, until their completion and authentication.,
· Create and sustain electronic document routing, including: managing workflows and, setting up new system users.,
· Organize the storage, labeling, and preservation of electronic files and paper hardcopies in order to retrieve such documents efficiently for reference and audit purposes.,
· Comply with internal and external regulations regarding the maintenance, labeling, and organization of electronic and paper documents.,
· Attain and print batch records for the use in manufacturing of finished goods manufactured,
· Verify accuracy and compliance of printed labels prior to release to production,
· Interpret reports generated from electronic databases to analyze trends in document routing and suggest improvements to managing work flows and document storage.,
· Participate in internal and external (client, FDA) audits
· Follow Site HSES Policies, Actively participate in HSE initiatives
· This position supports the Labeling Department. 
 
Requirements:
· Minimum High School education
· 2-4 yrs of clerical work experience.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to check for accuracy and review printed labels for accuracy.
· Excellent customer service.
· Good knowledge of the job.
· Proficient at Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Substantial acquaintance with and understanding of general aspects of the job with a sufficient understanding of the technical phases of the job.
