Job Details:
Previous Management experience required

Position Summary:

The Director of The Cancer Care Center will manage the operations of the cancer program and endoscopy, including program development, administration, clinical/financial operations, capital equipment, marketing, staffing, strategic planning and reporting. Provides oversight to Oncology Data Services, Clinical Research Coordinator, Radiation Oncology, Outpatient Infusion, and the Endoscopy Center. Provides administrative leadership to the Cancer Committee and the Oncology Center of Excellence Subcommittee to obtain and maintain accreditation by the Commission on Cancer and ensure that programs and services meet the needs of the community. Provides administrative support to individual oncology service line committees and programs including developing new programs and services.

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred. Previous radiation therapist or nursing clinical background preferred. Oncology background desired. Must have strong business background and be able to collaborate with physicians. Care management experience a plus. Prior management experience is required.
Typical schedule will be full-time days. Must work other shifts and hours as needed.
