East Tampa company is seeking and experienced administrator with accounting and telecommunications background. Duties to include: primary interface between the Finance and Network Operations groups, purchase order creation, invoices and expense report routing, maintaining databases in Access and Excel, inventory reconciliations, perform weekly calendar counts of equipment and report variances. Minimum requirements include 4 years of administration experience, intermediate Excel and Access skills, purchase order generation, previous inventory management in reconciliation and variance reporting. Strongly desired: Telecommunication industry and/or Oracle experience.
